HV Power Distribution Unit (PDU)
A Power Distribution Unit (PDU) is a crucial component in electric systems, ensuring efficient power allocation and safeguarding electrical components. Our high voltage PDU efficiently manages the distribution of power from battery inputs, offering enhanced safety features and accommodating both high and low power outputs.
Fast Charge Junction Box (FCJB)
The FCJB enables DC Fast charging and provides proper connection and sensing between the HV battery and the CCS Fast Charge Port. The FCJB efficiently manages the connection to the battery, offering enhanced safety features and accommodating a variety of control architectures. It comes equipped with CAN based voltage, current and optional isolation and temperature measurements.
Supervisory VCU
The EV supervisor is the primary control for the vehicle’s functionality and
is often the most crucial and time-consuming part of the design process.
